Our Learning Centre caters to students who, for a variety of reasons, have difficulty learning in the standard classroom environment. It is a centre where students are encouraged to develop into independent young adults, prepared for leaving school with a qualification and capable of entering the workforce.
The Learning Centre takes students on regular excursions, exploring the city and its infrastructure, the transport system and local facilities.
Students are encouraged to attend the mainstream option classes available and participate in all whole school activities such as assemblies, carnivals and productions.
Enrolment into the Learning Centre is done on an individual needs basis and takes into consideration factors including; diagnosis, academic achievement and social skills. To make further enquiries please contact an Associate Principal on 9206 6555.
