All Contributions and Charges benefit your child directly and are used for the purchase of classroom materials and resources. It is fair that all families contribute towards the resources used by all students. Contributions and Charges are calculated individually, according to the subjects/courses each student is studying. Individual Contributions and Charges are emailed to parents.

The expectation is that Contributions and Charges will be paid in full OR a payment plan commenced / negotiated by the 31st March. Should you wish to discuss options please contact Administration on 6401 9800.

Years 7-10 Student Contributions
Student contributions help cover the cost of materials, resources, services, and facilities that your child uses during their education in Years 7-10. This includes printed and digital learning materials, consumable resources used in class and access to educational services.
In line with the Department of Education’s Contribution, Charges and Fees policy, families who are able to pay are expected to contribute the requested amount. These contributions ensure we can continue providing quality educational resources for all students.
Charges are compulsory and apply to options in Years 7-10. All course charges for Years 11-12 are compulsory.
VOLUNTARY APPROVED REQUESTS:
Information Technology contributes towards maintenance and/or replacement of computers for student access across all subject areas, eliminating the need for parents to supply devices.
Library Contribution contributes towards maintaining Library materials and resources which are available for all students to assist in their educational needs.
Gardens & Grounds contributions are used towards the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful gardens and grounds.
Chaplaincy is a voluntary payment towards this valuable service to the students, aimed at encouraging, motivating and supporting students to be the best they can be and help them through life issues.
P&C contributions are much appreciated as an alternative to fund-raising. The P&C is comprised of voluntary members who make a vital contribution to the College. In the past the P&C have chosen to fund such items as jumpers for our sporting teams, headsets for use in SPA productions, bus costs for reward excursions and the WACE examination fee to hold exams here at the College etc. Our P&C meet on the second Monday of the month and new members are always welcome.
