This week we welcomed 21 Aboriginal Cadets to the Western Australia Police Force.
Aboriginal Affairs Division Superintendent Tony Colfer said the Cadets who hail from as far north as Wyndham, right down to Albany in our south, have commenced an intense initial 3 week training regime, before they deploy to stations throughout the state for a portion of on-the-job training.
“These young people have taken a great step towards making a difference in our WA communities, and I’m sure you’ll agree with me when I say, they’re to be commended.”
