A super effort from our Yr 8/9 Eagles Cup boys who dug deep to snare a nail biting 7 point win against Mater Dei, in todays West Perth District Grand Final at Pentanet Stadium!
In a seesawing affair, the boys followed the game plan meticulously to prevail 5.3.33 to 4.2.26.
Many thanks must go out to the super support from the Yr 8’s on the boundary line, parents/carers who came down to support, all waterboys/helpers and the many staff who also attended. A great culture shown by all.
Staff & Coaches are incredibly proud of the boys efforts and this extends out to all Year 8’s and 9’s who have played this year, who continue to work extremely hard at their game with a great attitude.
We now progress further into the Eagles Cup and play against Carine on August 10th (location TBC).
Congratulations Yr 8/9’s on a terrific team effort! ????????????
